Bei diesem Produkt verzichten wir bewusst auf Mineralöle und Parabene. Unter dem Begriff "Mineralöle" werden verschiedene synthetische, farb- und geruchslose Öle und Wachse zusammengefasst, welche in mehrstufigen Aufreinigungs- und Aufarbeitungsprozessen aus Erdöl gewonnen werden. BIODROGA verzichtet bewusst auf Mineralöle in seinen Produkten und setzt stattdessen auf Öle und Wachse natürlichen Ursprungs. Parabene sind Konservierungsstoffe und schützen das Produkt effektiv vor Keimbefall. Grundsätzlich sind Parabene als Inhaltsstoffe in Kosmetika zur Konservierung zugelassen, sie dürfen also verwendet werden. BIODROGA verzichtet aber bewusst auf den Einsatz von Parabenen in seinen Produkten, da diese in den letzten Jahren in den Medien vielfach kritisch diskutiert worden sind und wir die Verunsicherung bei unseren Kunden spüren. Statt Parabenen setzten wir für dieses Produkt auf alternative Konservierungssysteme, um unsere Produkte vor Keimbefall zu schützen.

Bei diesem Produkt verzichten wir bewusst auf PEGs. Die Abkürzung PEG steht für Polyethylenglykole. Polyethyleneglykole und deren Derivate bilden eine große und in ihren Eigenschaften sehr vielfältige Gruppe. In Kosmetika werden sie als Lösungsvermittler, Verdicker, Tenside und pflegende Inhaltsstoffe eingesetzt. Aufgrund ihrer synthetischen Herkunft und der nicht abzuschätzenden Risiken für die Umwelt werden sie aber kritisch diskutiert. Aus diesem Grund setzen wir für dieses Produkt statt PEG-Verbindungen andere Inhaltsstoffe natürlichen Ursprungs ein.

The BIODROGA Medical Institute COUPEROSE 24h care was specially developed for hypersensitive skin that is prone to redness. Skin that is prone to redness is often the result of dilated blood vessels, weakened connective tissue and a damaged skin barrier. The 24h care improves skin density and has a soothing effect on the skin, allowing visible skin redness to gradually fade.  
Application

Apply to cleansed skin and work in gently.

  • azelaic acid

    Azelaic acid has an antibacterial effect, which means it can reduce the appearance of impure skin. It reduces the formation of comedones (blackheads, whiteheads) and balances excessive sebum production. This leads to refined pores and a smoother skin texture. In combination with niacinamide, the acid also helps inhibit melanin production. This synergistic effect means less melanin is produced and released, effectively counteracting hyperpigmentation.

  • Couperesil

    Couperesil is a phytoactive ingredient made from balloon vine extract and vegetable oils. It is rich in polyunsaturated essential fatty acids, phytosterols and vitamin E and reduces the severity of couperose.
